COLBECK RETURNS TO BANTAMS
Joe Colbeck has returned to Bradford City. The winger, who has impressed during his time with Quakers, went straight into the Bradford City side which drew 1-1 with Chesterfield on Saturday afternoon.
Only ten days ago had Colbeck extended his stay in the North East for a further month however Bradford asked for the wide man to return to prior to their League Two game because the Bantams were in need of width thanks to an injury to Alex Rhodes.
Colbeck has had an excellent spell at Darlington scoring two goals and most recently setting up Michael Cummins for Quakers' final strike against Grimsby Town.
Talking to the Telegraph & Argus Bradford manager Stuart McCall said: "The loan has benefited Joe even though he's been in and out. But when he's played, he's scored a couple of goals and been involved in a few assists and confidence-wise it will have done him no harm. He's got some football under his belt and come back to us with a bit more belief."
